Miss Baker PRO

Miss Baker PRO and PRO XL are suitable for larger yeast preparations in confectioneries, bread of high hydration, basic dough for pizza, bread and focaccia, short pastry, flaky pastry and egg pasta, brioches and panettone as well as refreshments for sourdough.

Miss Baker have 5 speeds and work from 30 to 70 strokes per minute with removable arms that allow an easy cleaning of the mixer. They are equipped with a double-channel emergency stop system (Safety Torque Off), a touch-system control panel, and a high efficiency induction engine.

Miss Baker PRO model has a 10-liter bowl and kneads from 0.5 to 4.5 kg of product. Miss Baker PRO XL, has a 20-liter bowl for doughs ranging from 1 to 9 kg in highly hydrated dough such as panettone and pandoro.

The Miss Baker PRO INOX and PRO XL INOX combine extraordinary efficiency with an attractive design.
